Vonstadt

he Vonstadt family are synevives in Marn. They are a significant family.

The Vonstadts have within the past generation been the center of scandal, rumor and gossip. The head of the family had something of a rather public breakdown, resulting in the eventual ostracism of the family as a whole. The fallout from this has lead the Vonstadt children to grow up very quietly so as to avoid any further disgrace, making them quiet on the political front. However, the eldest Vonstadt child -- Ravenna -- gained herself a high position in the City Guard, and her influence there has lead to a partial restoration of the Vonstadt reputation. Of course, Marn being as it is, the very pro-government leaning of the public family image has earned the Vonstadts their fair share of detractors.

The Vonstadts are a small family limited to Ravenna and her brothers. While they all generally have their own interests and goals, Ravenna acts as something of the head of the family and firmly expects her brothers to behave appropriately and in the government's best interests.
