I Love it!! An admin with a sense of humour... needed for boards I play on, I tell you...
I think we have more than one person from england.
Yup. I'd be one of them, Shadow would be another. That's more than one.

See, admins with senses of humour don't mind my dry, sardonic wit (as much). And it always makes his replies fun to read (I got burned by a large quantity of Lasagne... hillarious!)

Anyways, I'm just venting. I'm in a fairly good mood... unusual considering I'm posting at ten to two in the AM over here... and I just love to heap praise on the deserved anyway. :)

*Performs happy dance out of the post*
I have to jump.

For even if I fall, for a moment, I will fly.

Maybe it's cause the English have so much more of an appreciation for... well, English. Of the 20 odd people who regularly wander these forums, I think at least 6 are from the UK.

STILL in a good mood, this is REALLY unusual for me.

Most English love the language. A few, however, still decide to butcher it with their various bits of slang and dialect until it may as well be double dutch for all I care, I can't understand it...

Don't understand double-dutch, or why someone would butcher the language?
If violence is not the answer, you have asked me the wrong question.

*raises hand* Guilty as charged.

I moved to Liverpool this year and have to put up with the language being butchered every goddammed day, even in my English Lit class at college... its torture I tell you!

There are far more chavs down south murdering the english language with their slang though, but they don't go to college... surprisingly.
