Physical Description:
Alferic is 5’10” tall and weighs 140 lbs. His head is shaven but not totally clean shaven as some dark hair stubble remains. He has a black beard and a pair of thick black eyebrows. His face usually wears quite an intense expression, but this quickly turn into a broad smile and a twinkle in his dark green eyes. He is solid in body, and as he likes exercise he does not carrying any excessive fat and is quite strong for his age.
Character Personality:
As he has a tendency towards stubbornness, there may be those who understandably perceive Alferic to be dogmatic and closed-minded in his views. He is increasingly curious about the world around him and beyond. He likes to be efficient, organized and dependable, show self-discipline, act dutifully, and prefers planned rather than spontaneous behavior, which he finds rather unsettling. Some may see his level of drive and efficiency as bordering on obsessive behaviour. The majority of the time Alferic is reserved, more of a reflective personality, usually preferring solitude above company. This can be seen by some as him being aloof or self-absorbed. Despite this tendency he is basically a friendly and compassionate person. However, although mild mannered most of the time, as he tends to bottle things up, he sometimes a fit of rage may descend upon him if there is a trigger. Such a trigger usually involves what he perceives as an injustice. He has a trusting and helpful nature, maybe too trusting at times to the extent he could be called naive. Alferic generally has a stable and calm personality, which people could label him as being boring and uninspiring. He is not a born leader!
Everyone has their dark side and Alferic is no different. Apart from his religious fervour, he also shares the prejudices of his fellow city dwellers of Marn. He is distrusting of outsiders and believes that the government and military are the only things keeping Marn from being swept away by the many dangers that wander the arid wastelands of Thar Shaddin.
Possessions:
He only has ordinary itemsd, although as depicted in his picture, he wears a fancy necklace which was a precious gift from Isabella
Powers or Strengths: Dependable, disciplined, organised and intelligent.
Weaknesses and Flaws: Can be stubborn. Naïve at times. Could be labelled as boring by some, especially those that do not know him well. He has never used a weapon or been involved in fighting.
History: Alferic had loving parents (Artur and Marish) and being their only child there was a risk of him being spoiled by all the attention. Fortunately, this didn’t happen. He was delighted to help his parents run a bakery with the young Alferic being a ready helper doing any chore that was asked of him while enjoying the smell of freshly made bread. Although neither parent was particularly religious, Alferic became increasing interested in studying the Tomes of the First Settlers. He became a volunteer at the temple where he also spent many hours in contemplation inspired by the sacrifice of Teodinus. Alferic became convinced that all should strive to be like Teodinus. At the age of fifteen he took part in a ceremony to formally renounce magic and to never use magic in any shape or form. His religious fervour led to many heated arguments with his father who felt that Alferic was becoming too dogmatic. However, perhaps it was also the fact that Alferic had reached that age where it becomes almost natural to rebel against parents no matter how much they are loved. He feels he can no longer live under the same roof and he is determined to leave home as he has managed to save sufficient money to find his own way in the world.
Alferic didn't have many opportunities to make many friends as he spent so much time working in his parents bakery. However, when he started volunteering at the temple he came to know Marius Copella who was also a young volunteer, just a year older than Alferic. They became friends and would often meet up to discuss the Tomes. Then one day Marius invited Alferic to visit his home and meet his family. Marius' family were more prosperous that Alferic's and he felt intimidated looking around their large house which to him seemed like a mansion compared to his humble home. Marius introduced him to his parents who were polite enough towards him but Alferic sensed an air of social superiority about them and felt they looked down on him. Then he laid his eyes on Isabella, Marius' sister, and his heart was captured. Isabella was the same age as Alferic and she was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen. He paid many visits to Marius' home and the three of them talked for many hours about the Tomes. However, Alferic wasn't sure how she felt about him and he didn't have the confidence to display any indication of how he felt towards her.
When he was a child Alferic firmly believed his future may lay with the church, perhaps living a simple life of contemplation. However, he subsequently became aware that there are those in Marn who dare to oppose the government and their restrictions on the use of magic or contact with the outside world. He therefore applied to join the city guard, but has been struggling with the training. Recently, these terrorists detonated explosion devices that resulted in the death of civilians. Sadly, this included Isabella. Devastated, grief-stricken and lost, he has became withdrawn and engulfed in emotions, terrible sadness one minute and then an overwhelming sense of rage. He tries seeking divine justice for her death through praying to Teodinus, which is turning into a point of conflict with other believers who find this the wrong thing to pray about.

I like the character. Simple but effective. Everything that's there already is fine, but I'd potentially like to see a little more to make the character a little more rounded.
Perhaps you could tell more about his situation regarding friends, romances, and so on. His ideas for future career/work may be good to put down, as surely he would have some ideas as to what he'd like to do now, being a man of stability. Is he aiming to work for the church? Or take some religion- or law-related government job? Maybe becoming a guard?
Although you're welcome to keep the personality as it is, and I like the trait of religious fervor, I think it might also be very beneficial to add another trait or two that reflect badly on Alferic. Most people in reality have something that really scares them, hurts them, things they can't handle, and so on. Fears, insecurities, or bad attitudes. Or ignorance and hate, cruelty, prejudices. I think adding something a little more dark will make the character more real. Just think of people you know and their faults. Feel free to leave it as is if you'd prefer though.
A couple more things: firstly, you don't need to list all the detailed possessions of your character, since they're likely to change from moment to moment. Just the important stuff, like mounts, businesses, magic amulets, etc. Anything your average person might not have.

You can choose what it is, but just send the request to Frug. You don't have to wait for it to be changed to be approved or post though.
