Physical Description/Personality: long, knee length hair as black as midnight, usually kept in a braid if not loose. Two different colored eyes, one being the color of topaz (yellow), the other a brilliant amethyst (violet). Pale complexion. She's relatively skinny, usually in a deep violet dress, britches underneath, and no shoes. The dress was her mother's before she died, and is one of very few things she has to remember her by. She is very kind hearted and sweet in nature, but she can be very stern at times.
Possessions: She own very little, considering she is a orphan. A very detailed and beautiful dagger, but has no idea how to use it. It belonged to her father, who was a blacksmith. A backpack with about 2 books on medical info, various herbs, and what little food/coin she gets from the people she helps.
Powers or Strengths: Like her mother, she has an affinity for healing magic, which she uses to help other in need, no matter their status or position. She also sings, which has a mysterious affect on the people that hears it, usually calming them. Some people believe it too is a magic, although she doesn't know for sure. She uses both to help her make a living.
Weaknesses: With no actual training for her powers, they work in a awkward way. In order to heal others, she literally 'takes' the pain onto herself, feeling it as if it is her own even when she has no physical wound. It also leaves her extremely exhausted afterward, to which she usually must rest for long periods of time, usually about half a day or more.
History: She was born in the Downtown district in the city of Marn, to a elf mother and a human father. Her elf mother was a kind individual who had the affinity with healing magic, using it in secret to help those around her, and teaching her daughter how to use her abilities as such as well. But before Harmonia's training even started, her mother was caught using her powers in the city, and thus executed. Her father, trying to save his wife, was also executed for quote 'treason and defying the law', leaving Harmonia to grow up as a orphan in the streets learning how to use her powers alone and hiding them in the process.
Left with little to nothing and barely any food to sustain herself, she decides to leave Marn behind out of both fear and curiosity of the world outside the walls. She eventually ends up in Shim, where the people, at first very wary of the strange halfling child with strange magic, eventually accepted her after. She earned her keep at The Red Chalice Inn, working as hard as she could and doing anything that needed to be done. She grew up wanting to know more about her powers and read every book available in the little village, which wasn't much of anything except medicine guides and types of herbs
She has now returned, a grown woman, to Marn is search of answers. She wishes to learn more of medicine and of how to use her powers to help those around her much like her mother, but doesn't know where to start. Where will her path lead her....
