A dapper undead abomination, whose face resembles in form a manta ray with a face plastered on its pale glistening belly. But don't judge this book by its abominable cover: Xochitli is the most genteel and genial Noitu you will ever meet. And he's hoping to meet you. Oh yes he is.

But please: regurgitating on someone's fleshy pseudopods is not acceptable in any culture.

Although his face might superficially suggest a manta ray motif in Xochitli's grotesque construction, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact the Ministry of Arcana, back in the days of Xochitli's spawning and debut into the great society of Noituratan, had a surplus of cephalopods and constructed Xochitli's body primarily from squishable squidflesh.

Xochitli likes how malleable this makes his form, as he can shape himself to suit the drylanders' fashion of the day. Not to mention the chromatophores let him colour-match his clothing.
