Authorized Magic User Sigil [IN PROGRESS]

Darrik and I were talking in chat and discussed Ree's 'authorized magic user sigil' that I noted on her inside, right wrist.

The thought is that this sigil is a way to easily identify authorized magic users, sort of like an RSA Key for them. Also, should the authorization be revoked, the sigil would disappear.

Very rough idea and probably easily faked, but there you go.
A story is like a tapestry; it is never finished until the final thread is sewn.
