Can someone shrink my avatar?

Post by Geldenwing » Wed Nov 28, 2007 5:12 pm

I mean it's all big and breaking tables and I don't like it none. Can someone make it smaller for me?

Or a new one wouldn't hurt either, though I love the tongue badger. It's perfect for the character.

Peez? Pretty peez? I'll be really nice to you if you do!

Except you.

Where is it breaking tables?

Did you fix it? It doesn't look too big to me. It is the one that shows up next to your posts on this page right? If you still need it shrunk though, I can do it. I design and manipulate graphics for fun! ^_^

Isn't it the size same as all of our avatars? They all stretch out one-line posts. The solution is just to babble long enough to make your posts longer. Like so.

Do not banish the tongue badger, I implore you! (I thought it was a sloth, but that doesn't undermine the point that every forum needs a cute creature with its tongue stuck out.)

Yeah, that's normal. It really doesn't appear to create a problem. And i like it! Everyone likes to have a badger stick its tongue out at them :P

Oh I don't want to change it. Not at all. I just want it smaller. I hate that it stretches my post to like 3 inches long.

It looks to me like the much smaller Jenica avatar actually doesn't stretch the post any less. I think there's a minimum size for posts, and you can't shrink them smaller and not have any extra space. Look at a Jenica post compared to a Geldenwing post of the same text length above in the thread. They look exactly the same size to me.

Maybe it's just an optical illusion.

hahaha I could use some of that >.< I've had a headache for the last .... idk, at least the last week.

But yeah, it looks to me like the post blocks are the same. and with most web designed things, i've noticed that you sometimes do not have much choice in size of boxes and things if you want them to stretch to accommodate more text and stuff while still looking tidy. I remember wanting to bang my head against the desk a few times in frustration when i was coding a few of my old websites.
