As you've seen in the other applications, we do require an application to be written out more extensively. We don't really allow applications that are lists of traits, as it doesn't really tell us anything about who the character is, where they come from, what we can expect from the player, and so on.
For a brief summary of the most basic requirements: You need to explain his powers and their limitations. You need to describe his appearance a little more thoroughly. His history should cover most of his defining experiences (and basic background details) and also justify/describe his personality. And, of course, it's necessary that we are told what a Skeokh is and where they come from.
If you have any questions or concerns, or would like some help in writing an application, please feel free to contact me or one of the other moderators.
