Physical Description: A tall broad man. imposing at first glance scars scattered across his body, golden hair running down his face unnaturally clean for his way of life. small braids in his hair a small gruff beard across his chin. his face has a sense of animalistic instinct and rage, yet almost civil and knowledgeable of the world Also having a slight blue tint in his skin in the right light otherwise just looking slightly more pale then the rest. Right arm tattooed, seemingly from a spell book of sorts. with runes and etchings of animals and creatures. strong arms and hands almost constantly dirty, face has scar across his left cheek. Clothing bought but weathered from over use and battle and living in the wilds under constant attack and hunting for survival, wearing normal brown leather pants, and a dark brown vest over a basic cream white shirt. with a thick leather belt holding pouches and a small dagger. A deep crimson red trench coat with fur lining the edge of the cloak by the head and tail. yellow gold trimming lining the sleeves, Having heavy leather gloves with fingers cut off and metal cestus over his knuckles with small spikes protruding from the base acting as claw like appendages, also having two short swords at his side for duel wielding, as well as a great sword on his back, with a modified sheath for easy draw during a battle. and two horns on his left side on his belt one a drinking horn, the other a signal horn to call his comrades/employer to his side. a necklace of a emblem as well as a trinket of unknown origin.
Possessions: two one handed swords, wooden shield, bow and arrows, healing potions, adrenaline potions, throwing knives, dirks, daggers, charms, trench coat, chain mail, leather armor, bracers, two handed sword, cooking supplies, spices, one handed ax, runes, and basic survival gear.
Powers or Strengths:Hjaldi magical abilities are not widely known all that is known is his magical spells of fire and water manipulation, the fire coloring being a light blue and a light almost white blue. using them for survival, as well as combat/hunting. Hjaldi also has a power which gave him the name "Ambassador of Wolves" when in battle his essence seemingly summons packs of ghost wolves to fight along side him. He also has the ability to devour a wolf's soul and become a wraith/ghost himself, but after he is fatigued to the extreme and is likely to pas out or need help to stand depending on his duration of becoming the wraith. His abilities have a wide range from a sword master of all sorts he prefers his ancestral swords he carries with him. but also using tomahawks, knives, bows, great swords, and even cestuses. Being a Nomad and living in deep forests where most men fear to go he has honed certain abilities to run on all four limbs and his senses have been attuned to a near primal state because of his frost giant blood where he can sense, track, and even see in the night better then even some beasts of the world. Also being a excellent archer for hunting. he also is a accomplished trapper and even slayed a dragon though he needed a party to help him do it.
Weaknesses and Flaws:Hjaldi is hot tempered, and very lustful for woman and battle. He has a hard time retreating from the battle completely and revels in the glories of battle and rushes in sometimes prematurely. Also is a collector of weapons and will fight to steal a weapon he likes and will not easily give up even though he is weak. Also Some of his powers have major side effects. also drinks Mead and gets drunk fairly often
History: Not much is rightly known only that he has many names. The Ambassador of the Wolves, Winds speaker, Knight of the mountain and trees, the civilized animal. to name a few. They were a major clan in his homeland Fjeltland, Until they were massacred in a small skirmish and ambush. More recent history however he is sell sword a mercenary that hold loyal to who he is hired unless he were betrayed. Not widely known as a mercenary and in is home lands in the far north he is known with renown and is sought after because of his abilities and prowess in the battle.
