Bio-luminescent Fish of Ofriyu Mar

As a result of a discussion in chat, I put forward this fauna for Marn!

Bioluminescent fish! No seriously. I just imagine that the fish would be like streamers of light in the water on a warm Spring night, once every 10 years or so.

Maybe they're eels. I don't know, just the image makes me happy.
