Hello i'm Fernando, you can call me Red or Never. (whichever you feel like)

I've been playing Roleplaying games for 5 years i guess, started with a rogue on D&D which earned me the nickname "Never" on highschool.
Nowadays i am in the third year of the "Architecture and Urbanism" in college, and when i graduate i want to also work with small projects of Ilustration and Writing which are my passion as a second source of income.

I decided to start playing on Thar Shaddin for several reasons, i want to improve my English since my first language is Portuguese (is there a better and cheapest way than writing? ), i really liked the setting, i don't need to botter with dice rolls and just write a good story which sounds awesome!

It's nice to meet everyone in here, i want to start small but i hope to be playing with you guys soon enough!

Hello hello everyone!

Not particularly fond of having to write passages about myself, you'll get to know me soon enough without anyways ;-) But to introduce me a liiittle bit after all: the name is Stephanie, but I generally answer to Eldar as well (username here and on my main forum, though don't worry, I can multitask, and yes, I was the one posting about how lovely the forum is before diving head first into reading up on the setting and quite liking it so I decided to join). I am from a tiny country called Luxembourg - yes, it is a country :-p - and I'm currently sneaking online while being at work *cough* (I do that a lot, all day long actually. Don't tell my boss. )

I love reading and roleplaying and many more things. Roleplaying has been part of my daily routine for 5 years now and I wouldn't want to miss it!

That's it for now - I'll be off work soon, and then I'll create a character on my way home on the bus, ideas are already brewing! (Would you look at that, quite the passage after all hehe.)

Ehehe I'm a sneaky work writer too. Always awesome to get people from different countries (as far as I know you're our first from Luxembourg). No worries about multiple forums, we've got a few people who have multiple sources of rp and it's never been a problem (people leaving is usually due to rl). Huzzah for roleplaying! Haha nice! Wish I could get away with getting online at work lol. I've always worked either restaurants or retail stores. Can on break though, finally have a damned phone that properly displays these kinds of boards without slapping some button smack dab over posts and text or what have you. Now the only thing that keeps me from it is I get pissed typing on those droid touchscreen keypads, my thumbs always mash the wrong key and I have to constantly respell every other word.

Haha yeah I'm tempted to buy a freakin' stylus pen for the damned thing. My drunken texts to people will never stand a chance of being coherent. That doesn't happen often, but I foresee it at some point lol.

Haha I could, but that requires some non-drunk coherent intelligence lol. Not much of a drinker anyhow. And even if I did want a bottle, the lovely state of Utah limits the sale of hard alcohol to state liquor stores that are always closed by the time I get off work. The only beer supermarkets and such sell are some watered down piss. Newcastle is a nice, solid dark beer. Unless you buy it from the state liquor store, shit looks about as dark as bud light. It's a travesty lol.

Hello everyone.

Just wanted to throw a post up here to more or less formally introduce myself to the forums. I've already been in the chat room a few times and have been able to yack at some of you.

I don't usually give out my real name until I am more comfortable with whom I am speaking, so you can just call me by my screen / player name for now, which is Rhemara. I use a lot of the same names throughout different games and whatnot, so I get used to seeing them just as if they were my real name.

My husband, who has joined as Aathane, stumbled upon this site as we have been looking for a good RP group for several weeks now. I was at work when he called me and said, "I think I've found one!" So I came home and checked it out as well, and so far I like what I see.

As far as RP goes, I am a "veteran" of text-based RP. I am 27 now and started when I was 11 years old through a chat client called ICQ. I then migrated to IRC-based chat, e-mail based mailing groups, and then to in-game RP and forum-RP. I have RPed in genres as diverse as X-Men, Sailormoon, primeval themed, medieval-fantasy themed, sci-fi themed, and so on. Most recently I RPed while playing SW:TOR and EQ2.

As for my personal life, I am a wife and mother of three children. Two of them are in school and the youngest is coming up on his third birthday. I am taking college courses online, working towards my AA in IT, and also work full-time on a graveyard shift for an answering service company. I definitely don't have the time I used to, but I still manage to find time for hobbies like these.

Aside from cooperative writing, I enjoy playing MMORPGS, hanging out with my family and doing both indoor and outdoor activities, leathercraft and SCA-type stuff, and learning how to use my sewing machine. I love to read and I am currently on the second book of the "Song of Fire and Ice" -- or more commonly known "Game of Thrones" -- series, and I am enjoying it immensely.

My husband and I hope to start our own small business some day, own our own plot of land, and start a little homestead. Nothin' like gettin' back to the earth... as long as I have my internet, mua ha ha.

I am looking forward to writing and roleplaying with you all and hope it is a mutually enjoyable experience. See you all soon!
