Wiki Improvements

I've made some improvements to the setting wiki to make it easier on the eyes and less confusing. Most of the parts that made it look like a wiki are now hidden since only staff members can edit it anyway.

The search box is still there though, and it works very well. If what you're looking for is anywhere in the setting wiki, you can find it with the search tool.

I've also moved the rules over to the wiki to make things easier to maintain.

There is a fair bit of content missing from the wiki still. The next step is to get that done.

Continuing with the improvements, all the links to the wiki, about, and rules sections of the website have changed. They're now simpler.

Although I'm debating whether to move it to /setting or to keep it in /wiki. I'll probably move it.
