Setting Wiki is live

The setting pages are now contained in a wiki which will make it easier to make changes and updates, as well as make it easier to find things.

The main advantage to most people is the improved usability. There is now a search bar at the top and you can use it to see if anything appears in the setting pages.

Currently the wiki can only be edited by forum members who are members of the wiki group. This is to make sure only reviewed and approved content makes it there.

Thanks to everyone who helped get the pages converted.
