Physical Appearance:
The first thing that is spotted, if they do see the small being, is his colourful butterfly wings... To most, he seems to be just a normal butterfly, unless they actually pay closer attention to him. Then they might notice something is wrong. that the insect is oddly shaped, which then reveals his true nature, as a Faerie, rather then a harmless flying bug. At his size, it is rather difficult to get well fitting clothes, so his are usually loose cloth, with some sewing to make somewhat rough looking clothes. He usually goes without a shirt, as they are a little... difficult for him.
His form is slender and athletic, made more for speed, then power. After all, for one so small, what would he use power for? Even when his size changes, the details remain the same, his wings easily visible, unless he chooses to hide them under a robe. But then, he'll usually look uncomfortable, as the cloak rubs roughly on his wings. The wings themselves are quite beautiful to gaze upon... but, also quite the danger for him, since they easily garner attention. Mischievous Blue eyes peek out from a patch of unruly dark brown hair, that continues to struggle against all attempts to neaten them, though they still retain the soft, and fluffy feel. His skin is naturally a tanned colour, with two pale areas around where his wings meet his back.
Possessions:
Magic Powders: Khan has the ability to make various powders, to inflict certain effects on people. He makes them through a few common herbs, and infused with his magic. These effects are rarely lethal, usually used to help with his pranks, or with other things. The effects of each powder usually wears off after about 10 - 15 minutes, depending on how much powder is used. Currently He can make:
Sleep Powder: Causes instant deep sleep, till the time limit runs out, or they are attacked. Khan usually uses this to knock people out, and put them in... compromising Positions. One of the problems with using the powder though, is it leaves behind traces if his magic, and the powder itself is unique to him, making it quite east to trace back to him.
Lust Powder: Creates a strong lust in the person, for either the user of the powder, or the one they next see. Another prank powder from Khan.
Happy Happy Joy Joy Powder: Subject will suddenly feel Incredibly joyful and happy, for no obvious reason. Some may even feel satisfied in ways, or be sexually stimulated, depending on the player/character. Khan's way of rewarding those he likes. Is slightly Addictive.

Abilities:
Size Shift: He is able to alter his size, becoming human sized, down to his original 2 inches of height. He can sit in between these sizes, varying it... but he cannot go smaller then his original 2 inches. While his body is easily able to shift, his Clothes do not.
Spells: As one of the Faeries, he is quite the magical power source... but He has been slacking recently in his training... At the moment, he has Weather Manipulation spells, able to create small clouds of rain, snow, hail, or even small tornadoes... these are mostly hindering, as the tornado is human sized, and at most, will cause dizziness, and hinder movement. None of the spells actually cause damage, more an annoyance, or a distraction then anything else. The clouds that he can create are quite small in size, about 1 metre, by 1 metre at the most, generally made for one person each.
Emotional Manipulation: Able to manipulate the emotions of those around him, is a natural gift of a Faerie, and he uses this gift quite well... sometimes in a prank, to embarrass, or humiliate someone, other times, just for fun. Able to Increase or Decrease the emotions in others, this is his strongest Ability. It is limited, in that he must Touch the one, or ones, he wishes to effect, and that, so far, he is limited to a group of Five people, at the most. He can decrease hate, and anger, but not increase them, as well as not being able to really use 'Love', as it is too pure to simply create. He can continue to influence their emotions as he's touching them... but, once his touch is removed, a 'countdown' of sorts occurs, where after 15 minutes, his control over their emotions is broken, and they go back to their normal self... sometimes. Even after the time limit is up, they will still harbor the thoughts that arose, just the emotions aren't as riled up anymore. Which can mean, one who felt lust because of it, may continue to feel that lust... He Cannot use someones emotions, to cause them to kill themselves... IE, maxing out depression and sadness, to bring them to suicide.
Strengths/Good Qualities:
Tiny: His small size, makes it harder to hit him, as well as make it easier to avoid attention, and hide due to being able to squeeze into much smaller places then one can normally go.
Flight: He is able to fly, using the pair of butterfly wings on his back.
Quick: Whether it be flying, or Running, Khan is quite apt at moving quickly, in either attempts to flee, or when trying to get somewhere.
Weaknesses/Bad Qualities:
Magic Battery: Because of what he is, he literally leaks magic, meaning for those that detect such things, he is like a incredibly bright light. This can also make trouble for him, by those that have knowledge of harnessing magic, as they can 'feed' off this leak, to make their own abilities stronger. This is probably why he tends to be a bit untrusting of Mages and their like.
Frail: Even when normal sized, he is not as... durable as most people, it is partly from his build, and also from his heritage. He wasn't meant to use much strength, and therefore hasn't trained himself very much in it.
Cute Things: Such things... he almost cannot resist picking them up and cuddling. This tends to be... awkward for him, and the one he grabs when he does. though, such situations can be sorted out, eventually. He tends to try to protect the cute things as well, to the best of his ability... though, at times, he can have odd ideas of cute.
Prankster: When he sees a spot for a good prank... it is really hard for him to resist pulling one. See someone sleeping? must... resist... urge... to Paint Face, etc. This tends to be a disadvantage in a fight, as he slows down when trying to resist the urges.
Tiny: He is small, and this tends to be a disadvantage as well, seeing as his strength remains the same. something that he could pick up while human-sized, is a much greater struggle... and many things that weren't lethal before, become such. Doors can squish, feet can crush, and many other things of this sort. He also has to be wary of playful cats, that might decide he'd be tasty.
Character History:
For much of his youth, his parents kept him close to them, as they taught him ways to wield his magic, exposing him to the courts of the Fae...teaching him, so he wouldn't become lost, or taken advantage upon, when they did let him go. He was a quick learner, but had little interest in the political side, mostly having fun, and playing pranks when he had the opportunity. He was... gifted, in a way, with how he executed his pranks, and his own magic was quite strong... it was too bad, that he mostly used it for pranks, rather then for things that some would see as important. Eventually, his parents let him go, on his own, and he entered the human world on a whim. The humans interested him, and he began travelling around to the cities, finding out more about them... of course, he made sure to keep himself well hidden, pretending to be a butterfly. He was spotted occasionally, and capture attempts were initiated, but he always managed to worm his way out of their 'nets', and escape.
He continued his travels, moving through various towns... his abilities, were occasionally used to cause embarrassing pranks on people, but he had some restraint, as some occasions were too... obvious, and probably would result in another capturing attempt. Recently, he has heard of a Ban on Magic going around... and interested, he made his way to Marn... He decided, that he would stay around there for a while, possibly flitting back and forth between there and Shim.
RP Sample:
The wind flowed under his wings, helping to propel him over the forest, his roving gaze moving over the ground, observing, and attempting to find a victim to prank... Or maybe an animal? He hadn't tested his powders on them yet, though he assumed they would have the same effect that they had on humans...
Spotting something shiny in the undergrowth, he dived down, wings fluttering to stop him from falling too fast, and losing control. Once he was under the treeline, he smiled. It seems humans were around here, which was good. It was much more fun to prank them then anything else, because each behaved differently in some way to what he did. Landing on a branch above the human, he took a closer look... It was a Man, which wasn't too bad, clothed in animal fur, which meant he was one of those, live off the land types? Hm. That shouldn't really effect things, he thought. The man was asleep, and apparently alone, which meant he couldn't really put him in a position with a lady-friend... Hm, what to do, what to do.
Looking around, to see what he could use here, he almost missed the dog. The animal was curled up beside the mans bag, in a hollow under the tree, which might of been why he didn't see it at first... Flying closer, just enough to see the mutts face without getting too close, he watched for a moment. The dog lay there, breathing... It seemed asleep though, so there wasn't a problem there. Drifting back over to the man, Khan pulled out one of his Lust powder pouches... The stuff was pretty concentrated, partly because of the magic he poured into it, which meant he didn't need much for the effects to work. Filling a palm, he flew into the man's face, quickly blowing it up the nose, before fleeing to the branches. As he moved, he heard a snort, and a groan as the powder caused his body to go into a lusty overdrive. It was at this point that Khan began leaving. While it would be embarrassing for the man, no matter what his eyes first locked onto, it would be worse for him, if the man locked onto him... He really didn't want to know what would happen. And so, leaving the victim behind, he fluttered off, heading towards the cities again, eyes always watching for new prey to prank.
