Allavatars is good if you're concerned about stepping on toes with copyright infringement. They, supposedly, always obtain permission. Hence their logo tagged on the bottom right corner of every avatar.

Still, it might be nice to use her portrait without that logo on it...

That's a cool site. I couldn't find anything that resembled Ryxa, but I found one that reminds me of Maeve: here XD

BTW I broke several avatars the other day when I deleted some files I should not have deleted (uhh.. I deleted the avatar files because I was confused about some file permissions, which I can get into detail if you really care)

So Anja's is broken. Tsaikatalaua's is broken, and about three more are broken. :( You need to reupload them. I think I have Anja's somewhere.
