OK Alyson is still away and posting is holiday slow, which is no problem. Just want to get down what's been going through my head.

While I did think it would be good to have Bela send Gia to fetch Alyson, it would really put too many people in this thread to be manageable. So what I'm thinking is better is for me to bring in an NPC sent to do that task. That way the same thing gets done but I can double post the NPC with cam.

Instead of sending Gia after Alyson, I'll send her after Lo'en. There are good reasons for Bela to do both things. The reason for Alyson's capture will be revealed if she ever meets with Bela (if she gets caught) and the reason for Lo'en's being hunted is because she has that horrible monster in her, and he's going to find out about it by talking to connections he has with Justinaryn's master.

Ooh, I like the thought of blending the two threads. We can do it. I just know we could!

Oh, you said you owed a post... I thought...

Eh. I'm the one being waited on then. Both Alyson and Myllie will be away until the 5th though so... Yeah.

Certainly, Bela would know Ree and Cam are in town - IF- they are made to stay overnight. Make Ree take her to Bela?

Just popping on for a sec - I like Frug's ideas on the plot but want to talk to you a bit - maybe via PM about your thoughts on the connection between Bela and Alyson. I'm not sure if I'm ready to have her meet him yet - maybe have Bela's person miss Alyson this time and have her follow Cam and Ree to Marn? (Maybe he could confront Tomas?) I was thinking she might need some time for self-discovery before she learns about her past... anyway - I'm open but wanted to know more about your ideas first. Thanks! I'll post Monday when I'm officially back!

Heya, welcome back. Happy new years. You can't be too hungover if you're posting today. ;)

I have nothing at all against delaying it until you want to introduce him. Bela wouldn't be able to find out until the following night, and easily might not find out for days if none of his spies witnessed the event first hand. Then his first response would probably be to send someone to spy on her and see where she is, and also someone to deal with Tomas.

But yeah, we can talk over PMs.

Sorry I did not post on Monday... my computer decided to have issues. Fortunately it seems to have recovered, so I will be posting soon - probably later today. Thank goodness for System Restore!
