And she's been here for about 100 years, in the sewers of Marn, selling superior and unique weaponry to a select clientele. She has two elf NPCs that arrange things for her. You might find Benjamin sitting in the tavern, sipping an ale, keeping an eye out for people of the right sort...

Or, you know, if you have other ideas, post them here! I'm open to whatever, and I can refrain from posting until something is worked out.
