Hmmm ok, so for setting I'm thinking that we should start out with Nasku in his recently acquired theatre with some refurbishing/remodelling work going on and Nicolai stumbling in as one of those seeking employment as an actor/singer/whatever it is he aspires to be most.
What do you think? Sound like somewhere we could start to get this moving?

Nicolai has been in Marn for approximately 2 years and is seeking a more permanent employment in the area of music and theatre.
What do you think? Sound like somewhere we could start to get this moving?

So if you want I can come up with the story that Nicolai tells although that will take a few days at least. I was thinking about it being some kind of tragic love story that explains some kind of natural water resource that is near his village. Like a waterfall is actually the tears a man sheds because his lover fell to her death below (creating the small lake below) or they got lost and separated never to find each other and the tears they shed formed a river but for some reason until the rivers meet the water is actually undrinkable.
Anyways something along those lines would be the story he told for his monologue. Let me know if you want me to expand on it!
