Flashback: The Whore, the Mortician and the Corpse

Summary: A girl of The Cozy Kitten is dead. Upon seeing the body, the undertaker Myron Fernsby realises that the prostitute's death may not be as natural as everyone thought. Mystery and intrigue ensue.

Genn! Okay, so what we're gonna do is we're gonna get the initial conversation and meetup between Myron and Breda out of the way, and then we're gonna figure out a way to bring Genn in. Are we going with him as client of the dead prostitute and chipping in some money for the funeral?

Do you have ideas about where we're going? Should we have another time skip?

Also, sorry about the delays. Things still crazy this week, should get better by the next.

No worries! I have mad respect for everything you're doing irl, so never fear that you're taking too long.

As far as where we're going, I think we have some options -- a time skip among them.

a - split up our characters for a bit. Myron goes back to dissect, Breda either stumbles upon a killing-in-progress or over evidence, or over another dead hooker. After that we might have them try to tail the bad guy on their own, or go to the guard HQ.
b - another girl dies before myron has the chance to leave, and we start them on a chase then and there.
c - breda asks to see the evidence myron has already collected to better understand how things are happening, and we skip to the morning after her shift is done.
d - skip myron's study of the corpse, have them reconvene to discuss the evidence and how the progress from there.

I'm sure there's more but that's all I have for right now (if you've got some ideas lay 'em on me!). What do you think?

I'd vote for action, so either a) or b). Maybe have both discover something important on their own, then those combined could lead them to the direction of a suspect?

how about a combo of b and a? Have something happen, they lose the suspect, myron goes back to dissect stuff and breda does some snooping/investigating of clients or in flophouses/other places of ill repute ? Have them spend a day apart and reconvene after breda's next shift?

I'm so sorry, once again. I've been ill and very busy at the same time, and while those two things are slowly getting better, my parents are coming over tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get all things more or less sorted out within the next week.
