Re: Wolfsbane

The frog he chased, the dragon quickly realized was an odd little thing. It was not the correct colour for a frog. That were usually green, or maybe brown, and since he had full colour vision the predator realized that this was in fact a transparent frog that appeared to be greyish white in colour ...

Re: Wolfsbane

More than anything else, the dragon wanted food. It was understandable considering the scenario; they had found nothing but the delicious scent of fresh food, and he had been locked up in a box for nearly a day without eating. Dragons of his species, by nature, did not need to eat terribly often. A ...

Re: Wolfsbane

There was just too much going on.

The dragon's heart was beating rapidly, so rapidly that he made a light squealing sound when the monstrosity of a troll came toward him and the elf and simply plucked the man up off the ground. It was all just a bit too much for him to handle. It was so scary that ...

Re: Wolfsbane

The dragon raised his tiny wings and pushed them forward, fluttering them rapidly in the air making them create a sort of chattering noise in the cool air. This was his finest scare tactic to make himself look gigantic. It appeared to be working, sort of. The creature wasn't exactly backing down ...

Re: Wolfsbane

A huge, monstrous animal with a face like a dead bird unstealthily walked toward the group, which the dragon noticed immediately. He might have been a creature with few brains, but he had enough self-preservation instinct to notice a giant, predatory animal. Or at least, what he assumed to be ...

Re: Wolfsbane

There were times when the dragon wished he could understand why it was that two-leggeds flapped their lips so. Alas, he'd never been able to. It was all just this strange dance of gibberish and body language with them, and they did it constantly . It was almost as if they were communicating with one ...

Re: Wolfsbane

The dragon had met many two-leggeds he had liked. He'd met almost as many that he hadn't particularly liked for various reasons, with the latest of them being disliked because he had been stuffed into a little iron box for days. Weeks even. It felt amazing to get back out and stretch his stubby ...

Re: Wolfsbane

What happened left Mr. Glad baffled. So baffled, that he did the rare thing of not bothering to haggle with the girl. He had seen shapeshifters before, but something about a werewolf with twin daggers made him a little more than wary. Still, it pleased him to an extent; he was convinced now that she ...

Re: Wolfsbane

"Hmmm," said Mr. Glad, pondering over what the elf had said. It was a bit unusual to have an elf of all things offer to sniff something out. It all seemed stranger than usual to him. The way he looked at the girl made it look almost like he knew her, and this made the merchant suspicious. On ...

Re: Wolfsbane

"Expect 'em? Babycakes, the place is crawlin' with the lupine variety if you know where to look. Course I'm not much for identifying the sombitches, but you could do me some investigatin' and find out, see?" Mr. Glad said 'see' more than was necessary when he spoke, so much that it felt almost ...

Re: Wolfsbane

A man approached him. The silhouette of his tanned, well-muscled body swiftly melted into a dazzling, shapely woman who looked a bit taken aback by his cart. Mr. Glad was used to people staring at the cart. In fact he was a little confused when they didn't stare at the cart, with the exception of ...

Wolfsbane

Mr. Glad was becoming a more common sight in Shim due to the amount of business that Autumn was bringing him. Normally Spring was the busiest time of the year, with young children and exotic, rich travelers looking for a knick knack of sorts to buy from him. Most of the inhabitants of Shim had come ...

Re: Errands and Meetings

Like a small crocodile, his mouth was suddenly shut with a thick piece of rope so that he could do little more than struggle with his muscular legs and make weird little aggressive growls, muffled tremendously by the rope. He didn't like this female, as he was convinced she was going to take his ...

Re: Errands and Meetings

There was something people didn't really seem to realize about being blissfully unaware of exactly how complicated situations were, as the dragon was all the time. The problem being that he was also confused 99% of the time, if not a little more than that. He never understood what was going on and ...
