I hope everyone had a great holiday season, and will have a great New Year's! I know of a couple of people who had a shitty day, so I hope the trend here was to the good.

I had a great one, with my brother's fambly. Missed my parents and other brother, but at least I know they're fine where they are, being taken care of. Can't ask for much better than that.

I'm off for a 6-hour drive in the Christmas traffic now. It'll be ok; if you never hear from me again, just take solace in the fact that I've become one with the pavement somewhere. Maybe I'll get one of those neat little crosses with tacky fake flowers!

I don't celebrate christmas, really. But I spent it with my girlfriend, who I spent new years with too. I consequently had the best end-of-year celebratory time that I ever have.

Still, shaking the habit of feeling shitty doesn't come easy. Hmm.
