Hello! There's probably no harm in running your character by Frug or any of the other adminy people (before or after you submit a bio) so go for it.

Welcome welcome! Glad you're here. Hope you enjoy the setting and play, though it's kinda slow at the moment. Once you've got your character app up and approved, post in PC and get yeself some fellows!
