The character application has been approved, the setting is fantastic and the role-playing I'm reading is outstanding.

So my only question is: Where do I start?

If there's anyone out there - a fellow newb or an experienced player - who'd like to share some ideas on a new thread, or incorporating Father Darroch into an existing thread, I'd love to hear from you!

You did the right thing by not starting a topic alone and waiting. Never works.

First step is to check the player communication forum, see if anyone is asking people to join a plot. I don't see any open ones aside from somewhere to destroy, which I think you decided wasn't good for your character.

Any RP topics that do not say that they're full or private in the description are public, meaning you can slide in like Kramer but with less hair. I'm going to remind people about this soon. Their threads ARE public and if they get annoyed at you for joining uninvited, I'll tell them I told you to. Most people like surprises of that sort anyway.

Finally, you should start a thread in the player communication forum asking if people want to start a plot with you. If it starts going I'll sticky that topic. It really helps to have a permanent place to discuss it.

Starting is hard. Finding good people who stick with it until it gets interesting used to be hard, but hopefully not anymore.

I'll put something up in Player Communication and see what comes of it. I'll also have a browse around in a little more detail and see if there's a thread happening that I might be able to slip into.

Mostly because I never broke it, it was a bug in our version of phpBB.

hiya... I know I'm a little late with this reply, but better late than never?

anyway.... Verrik and I have a thread in "The Village" called A Day like any other. We've been having trouble advancing the thread beyond the two or three posts that we've made and I think that your character might be able to help us out (if you're interested, of course)

take a look at the thread and keep this in mind... I was reading your character sheet and began thinking that maybe Father Darroch is sent to the outskirts of Marn to "recruit" or bring Verrik back to Marn with him (or whatever you think would be cool.. this is just an idea). So... While the Father is there, he meets Morena and explains what happened. See I needed a way to get her to the city and like I said.. you're character may be able to help. From there... we could take the plot wherever! I'm open to any and all ideas and once Verrik gets back from his little vacation, I'm sure I could convince him this is awesome hehehe

You should post this in the Player Communication forum. Verrik has a post there looking for people and he'll probably be checking that, not this.
