The reason Chris came to Terre Haute (we still need more new names suggestions) is because the fox spirits (voices he hears in his head, one of his main powers that basically consists of my abuse of storyteller manipulation) told him to go there and that's what he did.

So Bela happens to live and basically control Terre Haute, a vampire who already knows and utterly despises Chris. Bela is all pompous and regal and the insane annoying madman (Chris) infuriates him like there's no tomorrow.

Now i've discovered Chris' true purpose... To do something horrible to the vampire and then leave this picture behind http://www.inari-art.com/pictures/cof/foxii_ko.JPG with the words "fuck you!" written above the little doodle.
