Name: Yamamoto Kai

Physical Description: Yamamoto has medium length hair which he cuts with his own blade. His hair is a dark black. So dark that it has been said that if you stare into it long enough you can lose yourself in its depths of illusion. His hair wasn't always like this.(See History) His eyes are also the same dark shade of deathly black. Yamamoto is a joyful person and often has a smile upon his face. He is usually donned in the usual black clothes of his people 'kuroi shi' meaning black death. When he is doing dark business he wears a face mask which shows only his eyes.
He isn't the tallest person with a very slight frame of 160cm. He looks like a pretty harmless man to the untrained eye because of his slight frame but isn't as bad as they think. His build helps him as he is very agile and can easily dodge out of view of a pursuing guard, but his slight build makes him weak and easy to defeat if cornered with no escape route.
He also has a magical tatoo on the inside of his left wrist of the Japanese Kanji 武士. By touching this tattoo and saying 'Kamai' his dagger will spring up into the air.
Possessions:
'Mahouno Katana': Translation: Magic Blade.
This blade was given to Yamamoto by his master for the half way mark of his training. He can quickly carve runes with this blade to assist him. He has only learnt a few runes. 'Kieru' is a rune he can quickly carve in the air giving him temporary invisibility for about 15 seconds, just for quick escapes. 'Outobi' is a rune which lets him jump up high into the air and come down without causing himself harm. And the final one 'Kemuri no Ma' is a rune which can create a huge smoke cloud allowing concealment for a longer period of time than the 'Kieru' rune.
'Chiisai Hari': Translation: Small needle
This is the name for his small dagger that he carries around with him at all times. He has it concealed in the toe of his boot but with a quick touch of the tattoo will spring up into the air. He can then twirl around and catch it with speed.

Can escape most situations
Is a quick and reliable contract killer as well as a messenger
His hair if stared at too long can result in mental sickness
Weaknesses and Flaws:
He is lacks a lot of strength and bulk
Is quite short

Doesn't speak too fluently in English so is hard to communicate (main reason why he is shy)
Dislikes magic because of past (See History)
History:
Yamamoto was born in a small house in the northern parts of Wakoku. He was born to quite a rich family but his mother was constantly abused by her husband. Yamamoto despised his father and couldn't wait until he was old enoughto leave. He thought about taking his mother with him as well.
That was all suddenly changed when one day when he was in the yard playing with his punching dummy some cloaked men came to the door. They walked straight in without knocking like they owned the place and really pissed off Yamamoto's father. When his father charged at the cloaked men, drunk as usual, they easily sidestepped him and ducked under his fist. They then just kept walking towards Yamamoto like nothing had happened. Yamamoto scared out of his wits walked backwards at the same pace the cloaked men were walking towards him. He waked back until his back was against the gate of his backyard. The strange cloaked men were aproaching him now. Alarmed he suddenly sprinted past them and took and scamperd up his house and clinging onto the gutter he climbed his way along till the gutter ended. He then let go of the gutter and fell onto the thin top part of his gate. Yamamoto, fueledby adrenaline lept down and fled down the path and over the small wooden bridge that goes over the river that the village relies on so much for their food and water. Just as he was going to reach the other side of the bridge he was met by three more cloaked men. He turned around and saw that the other cloaked men were behind him. One of the men stepped forward and took off his hood. The man wasn't a man at all. When the hood was removed a breath takling stuning lady was standing infront of him. "Don't run anymore" she said, her voice as sweet as honey and as harmonous as a piano piece by Beethoven. "We are 'kuroi shi' " she said, "and we want you to join us" she took a step forward as she said this. Yamamoto looked around frantically and said, "can i take my mother?" The lady took another step forward and said "No, but we can take your father away from her". Yamamoto agreed with that and went away with them.
When he first arrived they cast a spell on his head making his hair a deep black and his eyes an even deeper black, but Yamamoto was different. The spell made his hair so black it became a deep vortex so deep that gazing into it too long will bring mental sickness, so he always must wear a hood to keep everyone safe.
He was trained as a death bringer (a.k.a. ninja) for 3 years. After his 3 years of hard training he was given a blade by his Sensei Yoshimoto, the 'Mahouno Katana' a mark for reaching halfway in his training. One day some powerful mages from the southern regions came while he was visiting his mother before he set off for another 3 years of training. They shot powerful bolts of lightning and fire at his home and killed his mother. He ran all the way back to the HQ to tell his Sensei of his loss. When he arrived, the HQ was gone, he didn't know what happened to it. Some dark, dark magic had done something to it.
He decided to leave his past behind and set off to Eyropa. He crafted 'Chiisai Hari' himself before he set off on his journey.
He set off in a small fishing boat bought with some of the funds his mother had left him and he began his journey with a big smile on his face, determined to leave his past behind. Since that day Yamamoto hates all magic and everything to do with it. The only magic he ever uses is from his blade and that is all.
