Physical Description: Ryoko's blonde hair goes all the way down to her waist in the back. She likes using barrettes for her bangs, that way her hair stays out of her eyes. When others touch her hair they sometime say, “It is a soft as silk.” When the sun shines on her in the morning or afternoon her hair glimmers and even looks like it glows. When others look into her eyes they can feel how kind hearted she is. Some even get lost staring into her eyes
She stands elegantly but with a strong demeanor. Her shoulders and arms are slender, since she hasn’t lifted many heavy items, and are just as soft as her hair. She wears the long gloves to cover up her scare on her arm. Her fingers are small and have a gentle touch to them.
Clothing: Ryoko loves wearing her blue hat, she rarely takes it off. Most of the hat is a baby blue, but the wings that stick out are outline in a whitish blue. Where the wings attach to the hat there is a light purple ribbon wrapped around the wings. Ryoko believes the hat is lucky because since she got it most people smile when they see her.
Her dress is also a light blue with a dark blue outline at the top near her chest. It is a strapless dress that goes almost down to her knees. Around her waist is a small black belt her mother gave her. She doesn’t need the belt but likes wearing it as it reminds her of her mother. The lower half of the dress has two layers to it. The top layer is a light blue but darker than the second and also goes down more. The second layer is a whitish blue the goes half way down to her knees.
Most of the time she wears her leather blue boots that go above her knees. The lower parts of the boots are black. They change colors right above the ankle to blue. Her gloves are also the same color as her dress. She would love to not have them on but she doesn’t like people looking at her scare.
Possessions: Under her clothing she has two steel bracelets she uses to deflcet sword attacks

Strength and Powers
-Ryoko had a great education as a child and is extremely book smart.
WIth her new job as Residential District Magistrate, Ryoko always finish her work each day so she would never get backed up.
-Because her father was a merchant, Ryoko spent a lot of time in the shop watching and later selling and buying goods. Because she did this most of her life she has a good idea on what is a good deal and what is too true to be good. She also realized that you do have to take risk sometimes to improve you business or it will never get better.
-Because of the time she spent working with Luc Ryoko understand and knows how to gain and use influence to get what she wants. Luc also trained her and how to work the political field . Ryoko tends to smooth talk others into working for her or with her. Those with long time standing in the political field are harder to deal with since it more like playing a game of chess. You never know if your move works until you get the end result .
- Because of the club she joined Ryoko is average with hand to hand combat. With her skills she is able to fight low level criminals but those skilled in the art of fighting she doesn't stand a good chance winning against them.
Weaknesses and Flaws:
-Ryoko is deathly afraid of spiders and will freeze up when one is near her.
-She doesn't know or use any kind of magic.
-Due to the fact that Luc was the main reason Ryoko got her position she doesn't know how to really handle those that have been in office a long time. Without Luc help most people just think of her as a nobody that got lucky. Because of this Ryoko now has to work hard and try to gain her own power and influence without Luc's help.
-Not very well know by most of the Families, and most of the families that are not friends with the Cottrel's can't stand her for many reason. Those families tend to stand against the Cottrel and hate her since she is close to them. Some of the other notable families are jealous of her because she got a high standing spot at a young age. Where their families have been trying to improve their standing. Now another new family is trying to do the same thing.
- even with the hand to hand combat Ryoko isn't a good fighter.
- due to being loyal to Luc many of the families don't like her.
History:
Ryoko was born into a merchant's family, while she was still a baby her family's standing was not great. Things turned around after her father left for a year, when Ryoko was 1 to 2. When he arrived back his profits went up so much they where able to move out of the historical district and into a big house that was connected to the store that he bought also. After moving into their new home her father never had any problem providing for the family. As Ryoko became a toddler her mother and father began to fight more about how they should live and about the government. At this point in time Ryoko didn't understand any of this and only thought on way everyone couldn't get along.
Because Ryoko family had money now she had to go to school when she turned five. The first thing she learned was, about the class system that she never new about and how Descendant where more respected than Synevives. She also found out that she was a Synevives and that was what her mother and father where fighting about. Ryoko's first few years of school where peaceful and fun. She was friends with most of the other kids and enjoyed learning everything they taught at school. When she was at home, she spent most of her time with her father since her mother was always away from home. Most of the time she spent with her father was with officials and political leaders. Until later in her years she never really understood what they where talking about or way her father needed her there.
When Ryoko turned ten a man came over to their house, her father looked at her with a serious look and said, "My dear this man is Luc Cottrel and someone who as been helping me." After saying that Ryoko father bowed and moved his arm out as a show of good faith. After that Ryoko did the same thing and said, "It is a pleasure to meet you again Sir Luc." Ryoko was at a lost on why her father was having her meet this man but knew all she had to do was wait and she would find out. As the night went on she noticed how happy her father was and smiled as he stood up. Near the end of the night her father told her she was able to attend the university. Her father hugged her as a tear dropped and said, "The only thing you have to do now is be the top student ever year."
Eight more years went by as Ryoko spent all of her time focusing on school. Ever year she would get the top grades but at the cost of never hanging out with friends or having a social life until now. Because she spent all of her time studying she rarely saw her father or Luc when they where at their family's house. But on her last day of Primary Education her father and Magistrate Luc where waiting for her inside. She than found out that they where invited to a party that Luc was holding. Ryoko was flustered because she had nothing to wear and was worried what other would think of the clothing she did have. As she tried to keep her composure she noticed a fine dress that her father was holding. When she arrived at the party with her father later that night it was just like she pictured it in her mind. Everyone was beautiful and eglantine at the start of the party. At the night grew on the people changed and started to act more veil than she thought any one of these people would. When she finally got her father approval to leave she already had six people try to take her to another room with what they called ,"A good time."
When she got home she realized that there was still some evil in this city and she wanted to change it. She wanted the head figures to act like they do in public and their private life. After that first party Ryoko wanted to get to the highest political sanding and change it for the better. As she started to go to the University she notice that even she was starting to like going to those parties and that they did this to blow off all the steam they been building up trying to make our country better. The person who got her to change her views was Luc himself as she worked for him after school.
In the middle of the school year she was told by her father to also join a club and try to get a spot in the student council. Ryoko just smiled at her father and said, "I already planed on it for next year father." After her talk with her father she began to take a more social stance with the university by first getting close to the current student council president. His name was Arthor and got the position do to his great speaking skills. As they spent time together Ryoko tried to learn all the tricks to speaking to a large group from him, without him realizing she was doing that. When she was not spending time with Arthor she was spending her time at the club she joined, which was a Pugilism club, called Sandbox. As the year went own she became close friends with both Arthor and Hector.
When the next school year began, Hector was no longer there due to the fact he joined the city guard, and Arthor was running against her as Student council president. At the start Ryoko was in the lead with amount of people who where supporting her until, who she thought was a friend, Arthor started spreading rumors. Those rumors where that she was sleeping with some of the teacher to improve her grade. The voting was going to start in two days and Ryoko was already at the point of tears and didn't know what to do. When she arrived to work Luc was not there for most of the day. As she was near the end of her to due list she noticed that Luc was there. Even with the attitude he gave off when telling her what to do to win she realized to do good things sometimes you have to do something bad. After work Ryoko didn't go home first but went to a few friends and told them a few things about Arthor.
The next day everyone was talking about how Arthor spends his time after school with his Dwarven lover in the Historic District. The school was in an upheaval about the fake relationship Arthor had and due to this Arthor was trying to prove this as false but only made it worst when a female dwarft came to the school asking for Arthor. When the voting started the next day almost ever vote went to Ryoko. At the age of 17 Ryoko was the student council president and had the top grades in her year. Beside Arhtor and his close friends, everyone in school loved Ryoko.
When she arrived home after a long day her father was waiting for her at the door with his head down. In a soft voice Ryoko's father said, "I need you to listen to me, my dear. Your aunt is the one who introduced me to Luc and the reason was so I can do his dirty work to make money. Right after I meet him I went out on that year trip and made a hug profit. But when I came back I had to start working for him, and in 2 years he is hopping to get a Senior Civil Magistrate and I was have to help him get it. And while your at school you need to try to get those in standing to help him also dear. If this all works out we might be able to get our standing higher than they are now. So for the next two years you won't be seeing me much." After her father said that he left the house to start his new work.
While he was away Ryoko's mother ran the store and even a few time talked to Ryoko. Since she was a little kid she hasn't spent much time with her mother and found that some of the times it was enjoyable, when she didn't talk bad about her father. When she wasn't helping or talking to her mother she was working on her school work, club work, or council work. Near the end the of year Luc was arrived at the house to tell Ryoko what she had to do to help him. It didn't sound to hard for her but it could be. Ryoko really didn't know because she never put false information on someone before, but she said yes and left right away to start working on it. When she arrived at Nefion's house she asked if she could become one of his assistants and even told him some white lies about Luc.
After she started working for Nefion Ryoko had no social life again. During her time at work she would put a false document in every once in awhile. After work one night she was told she was going to Nefion party the next night and to get ready for it. Before she even went home she went over to Luc's place and informed him about the party. Luc smiled and told Ryoko to sleep with him. Ryoko was shocked about this and was about to say no when she remembered what her father said. Just shacking her head yes she walk home. The next day she got ready for the party and waited for the night to come. Ryoko didn't know what was going to happen and this made her worried. When she arrived at the party most people looked and smiled at Ryoko as she stood there with a long blue dress and black high heels. There was a hole at the center of the dress which made part of her breast show. As the party went on she flirted with Nefion and only talked to him.
Near midnight Nefion took her to his room and began to kiss Ryoko on the neck. As he began to undress her Ryoko flirted with him some more. When he was finally finished with her, Ryoko kissed him and ask if he knew what he had just done. Nefion was shocked by this and took him a few minutes to realize she was black mailing him. As he started to defend himself, Ryoko laughed and said, "I don't think your wife has the same view as you." Nefion cover his face with his hands as he said he would do what ever she wanted.
After that Luc was able to gain the position he wanted but she noticed that what she did was fun but still didn't really matter in the greater plan of Luc's. When her father came back, Ryoko never told him what happen at the party or that she even went to that party, just like he never said anything that he did for him. As she worked for Luc she slowly became a noticeable person and other families started talking to her and her father.
The next eight years Ryoko spent time getting to know the Malatrast and Mornir . Due to Luc's influences and with Luc help she also got close to Elys because one of her friends from school was a family member. As she got closer to these people she started laying down the foundation to get the District Magistrates spot. To help her odds she swore loyalties to the Luc Cottrel. With her doing that Luc was more willing to help her. Ryoko didn't like doing this but knew it was the only way she could become a Magistrate. When Ryoko turned twenty eight the District magistrate became open and asked Luc to use his influence to get her that positions. At the same time Ryoko hosted a party inviting ever major family that supported the Cottrel's. At that party she talked to everyone that showed up. To try to show face she also invited other families like Merynir , Shkhara and the Clader family but they didn't even show up to the party. As the night grew late Ryoko spent more time parting with those who still where talking to her. Ryoko still doesn't know how much that party helped but when they announced that she was becoming the next District Magistrate Ryoko humbly let out a tear of joy as she went to start her new job as Residential District Magistrate.
