Haunted House of Laurium

Characters Involved: Tanya, Ignatius
Thread Starting Date: Fall Harvest, 122PW.

Summary: The last direct decendant of Cyril has passed away in the family home in Laurium, Eyropa. The only thing keeping his will from being carried out, is the strange circumstances that surround the home. Some extended family members would be seen running out of the house gibbering nonsense.
Lights can be seen in the windows at night in weird colors that couldn't possibly come from a natural flame. Objects that had been collected over the generations, move in the locked display cases. Some even disappear for months only to return in another place, a coating of dust over it as if it had been there for several years.
When in a room, hushed voices can be heard next door or in a hallway. Footsteps that seem to surround a person, thudding solidly at first twenty feet behind you then fifteen feet in front. Things dart away from sight around a corner without any sound at all. Dark shapes loom in corners or at the end of hallways that seem to absorb light, giving off a feel of menace.
At the end of their wits, the family that is left now seeks those brave enough to go inside and retrieve the written will of the last direct decendant of Cyril. Most of the citizens of Laurium are too frightened to step forward and go inside. Others think that it is Cyril's spirit that has become restless or even angry that outsiders may come to own the home he built for his family. Whatever the case, the estate can't be settled without the will. The question is, will they be able to find anyone brave and trustworthy enough to retrieve it.

•Local kids on a dare to go into the house?
•Creepy/Shady person. Maybe a peddler. (Local? Traveling?)
