OOC: First of all I want to thank you for you will help me move on with my story.
I have a question: Can I spread my adventure on a couple of locations?
I really would like to join you, hopefully this time its okay.

ROLAND & SEBASTIAN

Roland:
Age: 16 years.
Race: Human Gaian Spellcaster.
Gender: Male.
From/Location: Shim, currently resides in Marn.

Physical Description:
Hair Color: Red hair.
Hair Length: A bit longer than the back of his neck.
Clothes: Roland Wears a red buttoned shirt with a white opened jacket on top, black pants and fairly normal shoes.
Roland is a bit short for his age though it is apparent he is 16, his complexion is fairly whiter than the common man resulting in some troubles he has with too long of a journey with no stops, he is not very muscular resulting in troubles with heavy lifting, though seems to have little effect on his battle skills, his size and body structure gives him a boost of agility, though minor.

Possessions: On him he carries nothing but a book he uses as a journal, the occasional meal and drinks. He resides in Marn though the house is Sebastian's . He does not carry material weapons or armor.

Powers: He has basic Gaian spells resulting in his need to trust Sebastian as backup in a few cases.

Weakness: His size somewhat burdens his physical strength. since he has only started learning of his powers he tends not to succeed sometimes at using them, plus the fatigue sometimes makes him lose conciseness after a hard training session.

History:
The 16 year old Roland was excited to receive his present that was promised to him. But he didn't expect it to be this, "Roland now that you are old enough we can tell you the truth..." the serious looks on his parents' faces made him wonder what it could possibly be, "You are not a simple human..." SUDDENLY the wall collapsed and two big, weird ape looking creatures barged into the room, "Take this!" his father called out and had thrown him a weird book, "run! read it! use the knowledge gained from this book and find out the truth yourself!" He called. Roland looked at his parents one last time and with tears in his eyes ran out the door swearing to do as he was told.

It was night time, Sebastian (The possible sidekick) was walking alone in the streets near a canal when he noticed a boy running towards him, the boy stopped a few steps before him on a bridge and opened what Sebastian figured was a book, a look of confusion was shown on the boy's face as he read, Sebastian slowly sneaked behind him to read from the book and was shocked, but then two big, weird ape looking creatures stormed towards the boy, instinctively Sebastian was ready to battle,though it seemed the boy was the target, "Quickly, we don't have much time, they're coming, I'll fight one you take the other, read what is said in the book, I'll explain later!" confused Roland read what was in the book "I call thee, Gaia to land me thy power for my blood serves as a pact long made, create me the weapon long used by warriors, SWORD!" suddenly all around him particles started forming the shape of a sword, he didn't have time to wonder as it was time to battle.

The two big, weird ape looking creatures attacked Roland, but one was fended off by Sebastian. The battle was hard and long as Roland knew nothing of using a sword and Sebastian was not seen, but something inside told him it'd be fine, almost dead Roland passed out.

"Good morning" were the first words he had heard, "It was amazing seeing you fight" the figure said,
"Wh- Who are you?" was all Roland could say, "Oh how rude of me, the name's Sebastian" "Roland, why did you help me on the bridge? How did you know?" "So many questions, young boy, all at a time, let's start with WHAT are you" "What do you mean?" Roland was confused, a feeling he noticed was becoming a theme the last few days, "You are not a mere human, you are a Gaian spellcaster" "A what?" "Gaian spellcasters are humans whose ancestors sealed a pact with mother earth AKA Gaia, that in their time of need she will help them but in return, she is to use them as she see fit, meaning they are playthings to her." "Still don't understand" "In short, they can harness the power around them to their liking, of course limitation exist, and that is the ritual you performed on the bridge, calling Gaia to help you." "I'm starting to catch on now, but how do you know all that?" "I'm a Nagia, a descendant of an animal a Gaian spellcaster humanized, boring details, I'll explain as the need arises." "So now my only goal is to find my true purpose in this world, who I really am and destroy whoever killed my parents." "Whooo heavy stuff for a 16 year old, this is gonna be fun." Sebastian declared with a grin.
For you see, Roland is rather childish, and does not understand how grave his situation is, his childish character might make him run around causing trouble, though he sometimes has the thinking of an adult, even if it is too late.

Sebastian
Age: 35 years old.
Race: Nagia.
Gender: Male.
From/Location: Shim forests, currently resides in Marn.

Physical description:
Hair color: Silver/White.
Length: Mid-back.
Clothes: For some reason Sebastian seems to wear butler clothing.

Sebastian is fairly high and thin and has long nails, his entire physique seems to be a bit more muscular than average, and his eyes seem rather sad although, he rarely seems said.

Possessions: Sebastian seems to use his nails as a sort of weapon, race oriented fighting, you must know how it is. Like Roland he rarely carries any material armor and weaponry. Owns a house in Marn.

Powers: Well his rather agile due to his size, even though his muscular his very physically strong. focusing his attacks on slashing and stabbing using his nails, though he is rather smart giving him the minor advantage of quick thinking mid-battle. His race has a bit faster healing time, not like a wound will disappear in seconds, rather a wound that will heal in a day heals in 16 hours.

Weakness: The Nagia are not naturally born humans resulting in a condition which makes him randomly incapacitated in battle due to his loss of control in his human body, he doesn't go berserk, more like paralyzed.

History:
Nothing much is known on his past, only that he was raised by wolves, which was his true, non-human race, he made a promise to Gaia to teach Roland on his powers. There seems to be a tragedy in his past, though no one knows what, no matter what he still keeps calm and smiles, even during battle, though his a hard trainer, making Roland train for two days without sleep, every couple of days, never the less, he still acts as a father figure to the boy in times of need.

Hiya Roland, welcome to Thar. I've got some concerns with your character and the lack of depth in your application to us. As of now, there is not enough meat on its bones. We prefer to see characters who another player when looking at your character sheet will be able to see right away if the character is suitable to play with. The application/character sheet is generally the first thing people will know about your character. When they have questions about your character and you are not avilable, they go to the sheet.

Your physical description tells me nothing about what Roland actually looks like. I know he has red hair and wears fairly typical clothes, but that is it. Does he look young for his age? Older? Is he pale skinned or dark? Does he show emotions (tends to be smiling/frowning etc)? Does he have any major features (scars, birthmarks, physical disfigurations, a cute dimple, anything that sets him off) or is he the type to disappear in a crowd?

The reason we ask for powers/strengths and weaknesses is twofold. The first is that we require a laid out description of what your character is capable of so we do not have uber powerful individuals running around smiting everyone in the vicinity at random. The staff, at the very least, need to understand what your character is capable of. If you wish to have secret powers you can pm any member of the staff with them, and they will remain a secret to the player base at large. Same goes for the weaknesses.

The second reason is that it is a means for us to tell how much time you have spent on your character, and how well you know him. Good strengths/weaknesses will give your fellow players insight into your character's personality, which will matter when you are in a thread with another player.

As of now the history is rather random and tells me nothing about your character. The history is the place where you solidify your character into the world of Pal Tahrenor. As of now, I'm rather leery that you are a serious applicant. If you are indeed a serious applicant, please take some time and read over other approved applications to get a feel for what we are looking for. If you have any questions, concerns or comments you may either reply here or pm me or any of the staff (Niabi is around most frequently, but Frug, Pagusel and Metarie are all awesome).

As for your question about a sidekick, what players tend to do is attach information about the sidekick/companion in with the main app. Shann & Zain and Lilly & Gaurok are good examples of this.

You may have your characters go anywhere you want so long as it makes sense.

A very helpful little bird has told me that your app has themes from both Fairty Tail and Black Butler, which further leads me to believe you're having fun with me. Take pity on me.

I've read through this app and I thought I would do my part by further pointing out the many parts we have problems with.

References to anime. It's in the rules, that's a big no-no.

Why does his complexion make it hard to travel? Is it because he can sunburn easier? Does he have some kind of skin condition?

A quick search says nagia is a part of the moth family, not a wolf.

Usually a muscular physique and agile don't go together.

And that's just a few of them.

I won't harp on things that Kat brought up, such as the lack of descriptions and any real depth to you characters, so I'll end this with all the Gaian talk.

I assume by Gaian you mean he has some kind of earth-related magic, you should have said that. When I read Gaian, I think of the younger generation of pagans that many of us choose to pretend aren't really there. I don't want to offend anyone but I've met some people who refer to themselves as Gaians and these are the people who dress up in robes and think being messed up on mushrooms while running through the forest is somehow a religious experience. I don't get the feeling that is exactly what you were going for, and that why I always suggest people leave real religious groups out of rp.

That being said, I'm going to have to agree with what has already been said, application denied.
