Name: Hakanku
Age: 17
Height: 5”10
Weight: 145 lbs
Hair: Very dark black hair, around shoulder length, but in varied lengths due to him cutting his own hair.
Eyes: He has deep vibrant blue eyes
Weapons: Two short swords (identical at a foot and a half in length) and two extremely small daggers (5 inches), usually used for cutting his hair.

Physical Description: At first glance, the first thing noticed about Hakanku is how sickly thin he is, almost skeletal. The second would be his bright blue eyes, eyes that show more than what he wants to be shown. He wears basic dark clothes, anything that is found; the only item consistent about his clothing is his black cloak, which was been with him since he left home. He has a small scar on his left forearm, from when he broke his bone when he was younger, and he had to have it set.

Personality: Hakanku is very much a cold person that has a constant façade on show, on the outside he is cold, heartless and with no remorse. He is a person that someone would find hard to approach or even ask for anything. Underneath this is where he really hides. Hakanku actually does have a conscience, but because of the years of having no place to call home, he has learnt to hide the weak traits he has, this side is never shown, and hasn’t been shown for so long that Hakanku himself hardly recognises it. Because of his speed, he can normally kill someone without them realising before it is too late, he aims for the neck majority of the time, due to it being the easiest way to kill an opponent. Hakanku often shies away from a person, and rarely speaks unless spoken to, or if he has known that person for a long time, if this is the case it is his real personality that shows.

History: Hakanku is the son of a wealthy businessman in far away lands, his father sold weapons on to the nations armies, becoming rich while selling. At first he didn’t let his riches get to his head, content with his wife and child, in their small cabin.
As time passed Hakanku’s father started to use his power and influence to get petty things that nobody cared for, but to his father, it was a way of getting his power across. After several years he had let his authority overtake his mind, he was like a tyrant to his legion of servants in the families new home, a luxurious mansion over-looking the sea. Hakanku loathed the new home; it felt like a prison to him. He had enough when his father had one of his servants hung, drawn and quartered, accusing her of trying to kill him, when in fact all she did was not give him his favourite wine at dinner. He left home at the age of 8, he thought he would have a great time, living in the wild, playing with animals, going to bed when he wanted. He was found three days later in the woods, a horse which he tried to ride had gone crazy and galloped through the forest, Hakanku had fallen and broken his arm when he fell.

Over the years he grew further and further away from his father, his mother being the only person he ever spoke to, she was the only thing making him stay, even at his young age. When he was around 12 his father started to invite the local barons to play games such as dice, they began betting big money. Hakanku’s dad lost it all in one night, the house, his business, all of his remaining weapons, everything. His father had disgraced his own family; He began to lose his temper quickly, sometimes resulting in violence. He had hit his mum several times before Hakanku finally snapped. He planned a way to kill him, and save his mum from anything more. He snuck in to his bedroom at night, while he was sleeping, making it a night that his mum wasn’t in the same bed, which was now most nights.

He killed his father with his own knife, it belonged to his dad, and it had another one, which was identical, but he couldn’t find that. Hakanku decided to leave, not wanting to see his mothers face when she discovered his fathers decaying corpse in among the mess of the bed sheets. He left promptly, leaving with hardly anything, the only items he carried was the knife which he killed his father, along with its twin and a black cloak which belonged to his mother, he nearly wept as he smelt her scent on the cloak. He could never come back to this city, or anywhere near the city, he had to go somewhere totally different.

He hadn’t yet found a way how to hunt, he was only 13 when he left, he had to rely on his speed and small frame, the only thing he could think of was thievery. He began to steal small things such as staple food, bread, sometimes cheese. Eventually he aimed higher, starting with coins, and larger food items. Soon enough he was a fully-fledged thief, he had even stolen weapons from some of the most well known Barons where he once lived. He had stolen so much that everyone was on the lookout for anybody that looked suspicious, a 14 year old that was dressed in black, with no parents, wondering aimlessly, that’s what people would find suspicious. He had collected a lot of coins, but he didn’t keep any of it, knowing what it can do, just as it did to his dad. Eventually he hid on a boat crossing the vast sea, he had no idea where it was heading, but he guessed it wasn’t anywhere near where he was.

He ended up on a new continent, a new place for a fresh start. Although he didn’t intend to start over. He began wondering the continent aimlessly, stealing where he could. Eventually he stumbled upon the city of Marn; he thought he had found a paradise, opportunities in abundance. It was here he would settle for the time being, taking what he can.

Strengths/Abilities: Hakanku is very fast, almost inhuman. He is also extremely light-footed and can pickpocket like a pro. He has some experience at lock picking and can find many ways to get in to places, some unimaginable by some people. Because of his speed, he can normally kill someone without them realising before it is too late, often attacking the neck.

Weaknesses/Handicaps: Hakanku is very fast, but due to him being so thin, he is not strong, in fact he would be classed as weak, this also means that if he becomes injured the wound takes longer to heal. It is easier to do critical damage to Hakanku, this is because he has hardly any fat, and thus only flesh, bones and organs are there. He also has a dislike of horses, this seems to sprout from nowhere, but it actually comes from when he was younger and when he first ran away from home, a horse was the creature that caused him to be caught, hurting him in the process.
