So Xandras wants to get in on this invading Count Steampunkula's castle. I think it could work if both Saku and Xandras are hired by the same employer. You guys know your characters best, how would you want to swing that?

Hmm, what if Eve already has the job, but is required (by contract) to get some help with it. When she meets Saku in this old building, they set it up. She would most likely be there to save money by not buying proper lodging.

It would probably work, yeah.
Though I might say that Saku wouldn't take any rubbish. If she was rude she would turn her back and continue the job without her. Unless she was being employed by Xandras... then she would stand it, for money anyway.

Well, we were going to go after some clever eeeeebil guy in a sort of clockworkish, steampunkish castle, and through our combined efforts and talents, overcome nefarious traps and in the end slay the vile fellah. or something like that.
