Physical Description: Kaliska is a mix match of traits, her eyes elude to her origins, the warm brown of the friendly family pet, above them sit heavy dark brows, brooding things that contradict her happy, bright eyes. She has a round heart shaped face framed by long dark brown lochs, usually swept back because function is far more useful than style. She inherited her pretty plump lips from her mother, and her long crooked nose from her father, she is tall, with wide hips and thighs, however her breasts are small and unassuming.
Possessions: A deep mahogany collar, all tattered with love and memories, it belonged to her favorite family pet KaChew. A big mangy mutt with three legs that was really the only thing our apathetic little Kaliska ever felt close to.
Powers or Strengths: Kaliska hates magic, her big pack family had a rancor against what made them different. Unable to posses the thing that created her race she holds a grudge against those who flaunt their magic freely. However, living in a pack with all of your closest brothers, cousins, and uncles, has its advantages, Kaliska knows how to fight, maybe a little dirty but nothing matters except who walks away. Kaliska is also very adaptable, her family moved to wherever there was food and work so she’s used to just dropping everything and looking for better opportunities. She’s also fast, you have to be to keep up with a chaotic family.
Weaknesses: Apathy should be her middle name. She could care less what your sob story is, so long as you give her what she wants. She’s manipulative, and has an addictive personality. For a rough animal she’s pretty weak, especially in her human form. So she tries to avoid confrontation, of course that doesn’t bode very well because the part of her brain which censors her words has never been in proper working order.
History: Such a young little thing can’t have much of a history to speak of but…
Kaliska doesn’t know where she was born. Her mother probably recalls but it was never important enough to ask. She came from a big family. 17 all together, everyone a natural born Wolf. Wolves like each other’s company and tend to cling to family. The problem with that is the constant fighting over food, attention, and respect. Her pack moved around, from place to place, looking for work, food and shelter. Kaliska never cared much for the squabbling. After years of growing up in an attention starved ‘household’ she couldn’t take it anymore. After her beloved pet, KaChew died, she decided to rid herself of family.
She left, all that she knew, to search for something better, something worthwhile and entertaining. Kaliska has that secure thought that her family will always be there and so why not strike out on her own for a while?
New to the world outside the safety of her pack she was vulnerable. Eager to try new things, and the false sense of security that teenagers seem to have, she thought she was invincible. She was about to learn that she was very, very wrong.
She soon found something new and exciting to play with, men who weren’t related to her. It was amazing how pliable they were, how eager they were to please her and give her little trinkets so long as they could have their way. Besides she loved the attention.
It became apparent that this was an easy way to live. Lure a man into bed and steal his little treasures, money, fine jewelry, tailored jackets, electric do dads, and magic tricks. A very laid back, easy life.
Until the men fight back. One night Kaliska found herself beneath a very powerful man. She woke up the next morning next to the river, broken and bloody, unable to remember all that happened. You would think it would be enough to stifle her urge to steal and cheat. It wasn’t, she just became more vengeful. More bloodthirsty and greedy. Nothing ever satisfies her, and she doesn’t care who she hurts, she always wants more. Always…
