wouldn't it be good to read the flash back so everyone knows what's happened between Dianelopa and Benjamin before and where they're at now?

Anja and I had also discussed a reason for the bandit attack being based on some thing that was said in that flashback.

yeah, Lopa accidentally let slip to her bandit friend that Benjamin was on his way to Shim. The group had probably been casing him for a while and looking for an opportunity to catch him.

Alright. I think we should start a new thread because they're in Marn now, not Shim.

sure thing. Just post a "continued here" thing then, and start up a new one in the Downtown & Biz or something. It's your turn to post anyhoo, so we can follow your lead.

so I guess the new order is Maeve, Chezak, Anja, then Lopa?

by Chezak D'Maroe
Well, Chezak is pretty much just going to nod to Maeve to let her know he agrees, and is content to let her lead since it's her that wants to get the objects of power.
Also, I'm feeling a distinct lack of motivation, since I've become a statistic of the new recession here in Canada. Ironically, the Bank of Canada made it official that Canada was in a recession on the same day I got laid off from my job (last Tuesday). So motivation is a factor, and unfortunately I spend most of my day searching the internet for jobs and adjusting my resume to fit the jobs I apply for.
Feel free to skip me this turn, and I'll join back in for the introductions to Lopa.

Oh man, that sucks. My family is a statistic in the US now too. Last month the lay-off rate was the highest in whatever amount of decades, and my dad lost his job. Makes you feel paltry to be part of a statistic... We're okay for now, but I totally understand what you're going through. Let us know if you need time off.
And I'm fine with that posting order.

damn, dude. I hope you do alright for yourself. Take whatever time you need, man. The real world's a bitch...

I suppose I'm a statistic too having lost much of my retirement. But what's the use of freaking out about it. I'll wait til I start starving.
So Anja since Chezak wants to skip this time, go ahead. I'm waiting to see what happens.

Hm. I woulda thought that you guys would skip me after awhile and perhaps post back and forth between Dianelopa and Benjamin. So uh maybe you guys could do that now. I suppose we've all been busy over the holidays.

Yeah, the holidays were spent doing family stuff and trying to find a job...
That was fun.
The good news is that I got a call late today from the one place I got an interview at and they want me to start on Monday. Finally.
If Ben and Lopa want to post back and forth, that's fine with me.
I'll check back in every couple of days.

So is this plot going to fall apart here? Directionless plots kind of kill my motivation.
