I probably should have done this forever ago... those of you who know my former alt, please don't say anything.

My name is Max, I was originally a fantasy fanatic, but a friend caused me to do Text based RP of starwars. I did that for about six months before a different friend brought me here. I enjoy writing fantasy, particularly the magic aspect of it. I'm great with development and description, but have a hard time writing an overall plot.

Right now I'm a student at a University. I'm juggling a LOT of things, so while I may be online quite a bit, I like to go by a slower posting schedule.... something like once a week. You can PM me if you want my Aim, Email or other contact info, as I'm only in chat once in a blue (or pink) moon.

I also used to play MTG, like WoW, and in general enjoy all things nerdy and geeky. ^_^

Wow, editing applications and the like so that it fits in with everything is a tiresome task especially when all I want to do is gaaaaaame! But now that everything is up to scratch on the admin side, I can finally get down to business.

I haven't rped in a forum with this sort of structure before and I can't make sense of it. My character wants to go to the inn in Shim and find a local to gain some basic information. Where exactly should I be posting?

However, I would strongly suggest that you do a couple of things--

Visit the plot discussion forum:

If there are any plots (marked with "open") that interest you, I'd suggest posting in the discussion thread asking if you can join or PMing one of the plot members.

If there aren't any plots, you can either make your own discussion thread for the plot you want to start, OR you can post in this thread:

and indicate that your character is available for a plot.
