Hey everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Mike and I am currently a college student looking to pass some time this summer and during the year with a little creative outlet. I hope to get to know you all and cannot wait to write with some of you. I have some experience in the PBP RPG realm and have thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope to do the same here.

A little more Thar related talk though, (if you have the opportunity please read over my character sheet to get a better idea of who you would be writing with) but I would like to get a plot started with my character Rinler Mikhailu (when approved for sure obviously because things may change once my app is looked at). Basically thought I am looking to start potentially in the town of Shim as my character is a wanderer of sorts currently and does not know of the laws of Marn and I did not want to throw them into the thick of it immediately considering he possesses magical ability.

I hope to get the opportunity to write with some of you and am very excited to start doing so!

Hey Rinler! You'll have to ask Niabi but we have a plot just starting, "Cell Block Confessions" that could be a good place for you to start.
I don't know if we're full, but if not then it'd be cool to have you.

Cell Block Confessions will be taking place in jail in Marn, so I'm not sure if you want to immediately go that route. What I can suggest is to start taking a peek at the characters available for plot thread, as there are several characters in there who need a home in a thread. Once you get approved please consider sending pms to any you think would make a good match for your character.

We're excited to have enthusiastic new people running around, so I hope to see you getting involved! All too often we get new people who get their characters approved and then disappear when a thread is not immediately available, when usually all it takes is a pm or two to get some people round up and a plot started. So, in that vein, good luck to you!

I'm obviously new to this game, but I am in no way new to roleplaying. I've been roleplaying off and on for about 10 years now, and it's my favorite method of expressing myself. I look forward to working with all of you in whatever capacities I end up in.

I'd get to work now on putting together my character application, but unfortunately it's already almost 4 AM and I have something in the morning. I'll get to it when I have time tomorrow because I'm really excited about getting started as soon as possible!

Hello! My name is John. Im 17 and live at home. I plan on going away to college next year and majoring in either Music Theory or some kind of computer coding (Opposites much?) I enjoy roleplaying quite alot. I started roleplaying in the form of a Warcraft III Frozen Throne game called DoBRP probably about 8 years ago. From there I moved on to roleplaying forums and then after that I actually begun coding my own Roleplaying game. (An MMO but you actually roleplay while playing it). I have quite a bit of experience with roleplaying as said above though my spelling, grammar, english abilities, ect- are not the best. I do try to use my language to the best of my capabilities while roleplaying though. My hobbies are playing music (Guitar, Piano, Bass, Vocals, Drums, and Clarinet) and playing video games (Xbox and PC). My current favorite bands are: Rise Against, White Chapel, Chelsea Grin, Bullet For My Valentine, and Creed (Another strangely large spectrum). My current video games of choice are Battlefield 2: Bad Company, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, GTA4, and Halo:Reach, and I am waiting very impatiently for the release of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (I actually have a countdown on my desktop, right now as I post this the midnight release of Skyrim is exactly 135 Days, 8 Hours, and 13 Minutes away. (I started at 211 days lol)). Those were my Xbox gaming fun, my PC side I play a spectrum of Steam games, Warcraft III Frozen Throne, Minecraft, and I also own my own game (Or Mod of a game if you will) which is as I said before an MMO/Roleplaying Game, which is currently in a Beta state and is going to be fully released in a few weeks.

Well... I just went wild with that one. Lol, that's me... Off to work now

To echo Saruna, do check the plot thread to see what plots are open. Getting started isn't hard, but does take some leg work on your part. Good luck and happy writing.
