Morrowind is the best RPG ever. The combat isn't so great, but the game itself is incredible. Nothing compares. Oblivion was a let down
My only beef with it is that it's anticlimactic even if you follow the optional main storyline.
I won't comment on Diablo.

Morrowind rocked. My only gripe was that they got Greaves wrong.
In Morrowind, greaves are like jockey shorts, they cover the crotch and the tops of the legs. In real life, greaves are shin pads. Small thing. I love Carsomere.

Chrysamere was the Morrowinf sword, Carsomere was the holy avenger from Baldurs Gate 2.

Nope, my piece of shit PC wouldn't be able to handle it, but I still won't when/if I get a better one. From the little I've seen of it, I hate it. I might if they come out with a second edition or something with some of the bugs worked out.
And the Special Edition Morrowind with Bloodmoon and the other expansion is awesome. DAMN IT!! Now I really want to play it and my friend still has it. you guys suck for reminding me......

Xyon, please don't make gimmick posts that take up more than the whole page. Scrolling through so much stuff gives me a headache, and I'm sure a few others would agree!

Meh. I am conceding the vista point now.
Vista died on me, gracefully would not be the word to describe the total collapse of an operating system from the kernel up. It folded on so many fronts that the hard drive itself took physical damage.
And, me being me, I just took the damn thing apart. Opening a hard drive is NOT a recommended activity. The whole process took four hours.
But I fixed it.
After that, I reinstalled XP.
I posted in another forum that I play X2 - the threat. The specs for this game are a JOKE - even a system significantly faster than the recommended specs struggles to render shadows, bumpmaps and full anti-aliasing when being attacked by 64 ships.
My system, on Vista, could not.
My system, on Xp, can. SMOOTHLY.
