Lopa, is your latest post happening after Puck has met with Thad then? Also, I think it would be best if you took over for Thad so that we can get that dialogue going.

I put the old post which I'd removed back up. But I'm still not sure if it fits. Has Puck now left thad? If so, this will fit for Lopa since I suppose Puck will go back to the sewers. Let me know if that's OK.
I can also add what Thad's next step will be IN THIS POST. I just want to make sure Puck has left and the situation is now:
puck going back to sewers
Lopa at sewers waiting
benjamin at thad's place waiting
morry in woods following Thad
thad about to bring the weapon to salazar.

On vacation at the moment, stopping by the apartment between travel plans here, I'm afraid I won't have time to post for another week or so yet. I'm now thoroughly confused about what you think is going on in the thread.
1) Puck never left anywhere, he's crouching by the river talking with Thad. Yes, he'll get the weapon soon, still in its ephemeral state. The idea then is that Morry will nick it, and touch it, thereby binding it to him instead of it returning to Anja untouched. Whether this happens before or after the meeting with the customer, and the highwayman stunt, is up to you. Do you want Thad to develop and deepen by being put in a situation where he's pressed to commit a murder, or would you like to skip all that and have Morry nick Zou en route to Shim, prior to the meeting?
2) Anja's big evil plan was something along the lines of Benjamin getting Lopa to spy on Thad, thereby proving that her affection for him wouldn't be a conflict of interest in the future. This is now complicated by the fact that Lopa and Benjamin have not crossed paths, and it is very possible that Thad and Puck, returning to the sewers, run into her. That could be deliciously awkward.
3) Maybe I'm just really tired right now, but who is Salazar?

1) I thought it would be more interesting if Morry was to wait until Thad has run into the customer, and we'll see where it plays out from there. It'd be fun to see him stretch somewhat as a character and it could be interesting if Morry gets tired of waiting and bursts in on the action. There's a whole lot that can happen.
3) In your post you wrote that Salazar was the nobleman, who I assume is the customer.

Okey dokey, it all came together suddenly! The puppet strings are now clearly in place! This should be wicked fun...
I hope you all don't think I'm governing too much of the direction of the plot here, running so many NPCs and such. If any of you have any ideas, I'm open to new directions. But I hope you all see my vision here, and dig it. The result of all these devious arrangements is pretty open, I think. Circumstance and luck could cause a lot of things to go horribly wrong. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out, and how Dianelopa reacts to seeing the mugging.

You can go ahead and skip me this round since I'm purposely making Morry's positioning unknown. He's still following.
And also I'm loving this plot, and I'm glad you're guiding it, Joe.

I got distracted. What I wanted to write was, it is very difficult to write both for Dianelopa and Thad since there might be a somewhat antagonistic situation. Best would be to have a fourth person do Thad making him act in accordance with his profile. But the profile does leave a certain leeway and that's where my problem is. I've thought of using our actually existing dice and giving him 6 possibilities of how he might react and letting chance decide. Or maybe one of you two could do the dice or suggest ways he might act.
I just feel like I don't really KNOW how he will react and I guess I'd like to have chance decide it, though the options should fit his profile of course.
Any suggestions?

Well... seeing as Anja or her NPCs won't really have a direct hand in coming events on the road to and from Shim, I could play Thad.
