Saturday [same day I got my tattoo] was the first chance I'd had to get into the gym in about a month and a half. Some stuff transpired.
Also, I'm down about 25 pounds since 11-23-14, thanks to work. Now if I can just lose another eighty.

*cough*
Were we doing exercise?

Either this weekend or as of next week, I'm going to start more seriously again. Though at least I stuck to Zumba at least once a week! So there's that.

This thread is a good idea. I find myself getting older but not getting fitter. Several of the guys at work run or do MMA stuff and I just pbbbt. I think a few sets of situps and pushups is a good place to start, but I am skilled at avoiding it.

I'm down ten lbs, thanks to cutting out a great deal of carbohydrates in grains and sugars.

Similar to Dylan, I've been putting greater emphasis on not eating as many simple carbs (mostly in bready type stuff, or pastries and the like) while I'm being lazybutt. The new place doesn't have as much room in my bedroom as the one I was using at my parents' place, and so it's easy for me to go 'lolnaw' to working out. I might try rearranging ... but in the short term I'll be house sitting for about ten days, and there will be room there for the simple stuff I was doing before, so I'm going to start again with it Wednesday morning. Once I'm back here, I really need to figure out where to do workout stuffs. Excuses are excuses: where there's a will, there's a way.
