I have us turned around and going after Kitan. Sorry if the post is choppy and not the best but my noodle is fried tonight and I didn't want to keep ya guys waiting. Anyway, your turn Gia!

Fried noodle! Oh noes! Put some hot sauce on it.
No worries, Shade being scared to go into Lucy's house is silly and I like it.

I ARE RETURNED!
In case the implication at the end of my post wasn't clear, we can safely skip over the rest of the letter delivering... I can't imagine much interesting occuring while we are doing that!

...but we might have to fight an evil letterbox. It might try and eat you.
Welcome back!

Sorry that took so long, I was having trouble coming up with something for Kit to do. For now I advise we get a Shade post to finalize things and maybe make a new thread set a few days later. Our current title doesn't even fit anymore, now that there are two hounds.
This farm is a reasonable distance from Marn, right? I guess we can't set it on the plains so should we put it in the woods or shim?

It can't be too far from the city but perhaps somewhere between Shim and Marn. Just one of those farms in between them that's kind of nestled away from normal day views.

Hey, I hope you two don't mind if I take a brief break of about 2-3 days to work on a new orcish character and one other thing. Once I finish that I'll toss up a new thread and have Kit absentmindedly drop the illusion right in front of Gia as they approach the farm.

No problem. Whenever you're ready we'll start up then, yeah?

So while I'm off working on the orc, why don't we muse about where we want to take the thread from here? It could probably be a good time to get ourselves some direction. The whole thread cannot be sustained with Gia's reaction to Kit dropping an illusion after all. X)

No worries about the absence - lord knows I'm having a bit of a trial trying to find time enough to make decent posts. Stupid school and responsibility.
And yes, let us think. I know Gia would like nothing more than to track down and kill the face off of the Bad Man (if y'all couldn't tell), but that might not be where y'all want to go. It would fit with the current rebellion theme, but we don't have to go around murdering people if y'all have other ideas.

I doubt either one of our characters would want Gia to do so, though if you think it is in character don't let us stop you. Shade because of his collar, and Kit because... well, he's Kit. And she should at least still suggest it.
Honestly though, hiding out on a farm will be difficult to roleplay, if only because the point of hiding is to make sure nothing happens.
Also, I have a post about us approaching the farm but can't for the life of me think of a good name for the thread.

It's ok, I'm freaking out about my last week at home before I head to college anyways. It's a mess on this end right as I try to cram as much entertainment into my last week as possible.
Anyways, here we go -->

He dropped his illusion and Gia didn't know he had magic up until this point. I'm sorry I didn't make that more clear, I could have sworn I had talked about this with the rest of you at some point. Though that doesn't really excuse my lack of clairity in writing, heh.
Sorry, I admit I sort of rushed the post. I'm balancing a bunch of responsibilites this week and didn't want to slow you two down. I made a small edit which I hope helps. Again, my bad.
