Well, when things go East vs. West, rappers get shot. And nobody wants that, right?

I live in Seattle and we are so arrogant that anything East of the Cascade mountains is the midwest until you get to NY city and then you are on the East Coast. Pretty much everything South and East of Oregon also qualifies as "The South". There is nothing North of us but too many hot girls who can drink me under the table and their hairy, hairy, hairy boyfriends. Damn them. To the West is whales. Killer whales that is. We don't mess with them and they don't mess with us. Together we form the anti-seal alliance. Seals are just mean. Crap. See what happens when I start writing. I get from the Cardinal Rose to my private war against the seals. Time for an OOC plot post and then bed.
For the record when I SCUBA dive I carry a knife and a pair of scissors in case I run into a seal. I want a weapon in both hands; they are crafty animals.

I would be interested in knowing who else is English or British actually. Xyon, Railtus, Calico and myself all live within about 30 miles (maybe more maybe less) of each other (although I am from Down South :p).

Nah, not me. I'm American. 50% Italian, 49.5% Irish, 0.5% I don't know.

Going into our nationality based ancestry now are we? Don't exactly think that's what she meant but whatever. Don't know percentages, but I know that it's all German, Irish, Scottish, and Native American (or whatever the hell is politically correct today) all the way back.

Well you all were talking about where in the States you were from so I was wondering about the UK based folks.
As for ancestry, my mum is english as is my dad, so that makes me english I reckon. My grandparents on my father's side are from Scotland, and on my mothers they were born in Ireland. Go back one more generation and EVERYONE is Irish. My mum used to make me do family history when i was younger, so I know my heritage. Mostly from the Waterford area in western Ireland i think.

WTF someone else lives in Seattle? I LIVE IN SEATTLE. I don't know what Valz means about hot girls to the north. It is kind of hard to find the hotness under the parkas.
As for ancestry, am I the only non-white representing, here? Culturally, though . . . I was raised by white folk.

I'm American...and I'm a 'mutt.' I'm approximatly 50% german, 25% irish, 25% scottish...except like this tiny 128th of a percent or something indian
Personally...I always lived in America, grandparents I believe always lived here too. I don't generally think much of nationalities at all...if it wasn't for the ethics course I just recently finished taking I couldn't tell you what I was at all except Amerian.
Specifically...Texas...around Dallas.
