Sorry that took me so long to post. At first I thought it was Selena's turn so I was just waiting and then when I finally realized it was my turn, I wrote up most of a post and thought I had saved it to finish the next morning and it turns out I didn't save it. So I started over.

it's okay. I actually thought it was my turn this morning and posted that I would get on it tonight before I noticed.

I should get a post in later today. Sorry for the wait but I've been in bed battling a stomach flu that's made it hard for me to keep anything, even fluids, down.

Edit: I guess Selena is not gone. So new order is Ko, Shann, Cat, Selena.

plot notes: survivors

Crewmen: Herris Fallson (first mate), Gray Talbugh (sailor), Alberto (bosun), tarboy (unnamed)

Passenger PC: Selena, Ko, Jin, Zain, Cat, Shann

Passenger NPC: 2 women, 1 man

12 sailors dead. 9 Passengers dead, including at least a child or two (also including Hal's character and the npc killed earlier). It is highly likely the NPC passengers will be grieving, and the crewmen likely would as well once the shock for all of them starts to wear off.

Quick ooc notes about the landscape:

1. If there is a successful attempt at making fire and it touches what they landed on, there will be an equivalent of an earthquake and the mass will start to sink.

2. There are no trees. The only vegetation is in pockets of sand and is pitiful at best. There might be driftwood, corpses, or other weird things hanging out.

3. Strange monsters waiting to say hi.

4. Fog.

I know I wanted something out of that post but I couldn't figure out wtf was wrong with it. Maybe I'm just disjointed, hopefully the next round will feel more genuine.

So the survivor party split into two groups to look for firewood and survival things.
Posts were confusing, so I edited my latest Cat post. Are some people staying behind? I'm not clear on that.

Zain, Cat, woman, crying woman, man with sword, tarboy

Summertime 122 sound okay for everyone?

Okay so, I was thinking: take Ko and maybe Cat out of the thread, fast forward six months to a year, put them on the northern coast of Africa. Kraken dove, they were rescued by the Sea People, Ko got his curse cured in exchange for a new one (always needing to be within a mile of the ocean) and now he (and maybe Cat who maybe has some other form of curse exchange) is searching for a witch doctor to fix the new curse.

Or I could take Ko and put him somewhere else entirely. Whatcha think?

Makes sense to me. I'll have to think about a curse exchange for Cat.

When you say northern coast Africa I assume you mean northern South Eyropa, not Setkhantos. Let's make a new city!!!
